Rights of Access

Our representatives / Managers have the right of access to the property at any time, with due regard to the convenience of you, for the purpose of inspection of the property and to carry out any essential repair or maintenance work.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

Lost Property

Any items left in the apartment will be kept for 1 month after the departure date. After that date Dreams reserve the right to dispose of the property as it sees fit. Management is not responsible for any Loss or Damage your belonging.

DEPOSIT & ADDITIONAL CHARGES

For Long Stay Guests, say about 3 months to 1 year Stay or more – 1 ( one ) Month rent will be as Advance as Security Deposit – the same will be adjustable or refundable ( after applicable deductions if any ) with the last month rent Breakfast, WiFi Internet & Housekeeping are Complimentary from our end ( as per the package guest will choose ) Additional Housekeeping Services Breakages, loss or damage to the Property or any of its contents Lost keys, car park passes
